• Custom projects can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks to produce

• Custom projects are only accepted in the WINTER (2025: Jan 1-March 30 ONLY)

• Choice of hat will be sent your way with a graphic placement of the pet on the hat’s brim for you to confirm location and size before creation

• Custom projects will not start until confirmed by Danielle and until payment has been made in full. Project will be refunded if pet image is unacceptable for the project

• Paint is fabric paint and washable; keep washing to a minimum if possible to keep painting vibrance over time
